I am trying to watch required videos on Kanopy, but the film I need isn't available.

The LAVC Library licenses films from Kanopy by instructor request only. If your instructor requires you to watch a film that is currently unavailable, please ask your professor to contact the LAVC Librarians at ref@lavc.libanswers.com.
Alternatively, you can try accessing Kanopy through the Los Angeles Public Library but please note, they have a somewhat different selection of videos and there is a limit of the number of movies each user can watch each month. If you do not already have a library card for the Los Angeles Public Library, you can apply for a free e-card here.
